La Bamba was originally located on Blackwell Street and was one of the businesses devastated by the big Dover fire from a year ago.
The new location on 46 is larger with lots of free parking. Easy to get in and out.
Food is good with great prices. I've been there a few times and enjoyed what I ate each time. -

Today I order some tacos al pastor and pozole, the tostadas that comes with the pozole were AMAZING! As well the tacos
My only suggestion is to change the salsas, since salsa is the key for excellent tacos. I think they should make it a little creamer. Other than that the food was amazing -

Great food, with wonderful atmosphere and decor. I followed a waitress from another restaurant to LaBamba, and I'm so glad I did. I love the family atmosphere, and the new location.
Been there several times, and we always receive stellar service, but most recently had a small party for my niece who specifically requested LaBamba all the way from Sussex County. She was turning six, and the whole experience was great, and the staff made us feel like family. Recommending this place to everyone. -

The place is fantastic! The food comes out pipping hot, and everything was delicious! My kids who are very picky eaters enjoyed their meals. One thing tho is that my husband didn't speak Spanish and I found myself having to translate everything our waitress said. Very friendly and helpful tho.
